October 17, 2026
Event begins at 10:00 AM
Join CCWA for a special member event to learn more about one of Cleveland’s oldest and most beautiful treasures! CCWA is glad to bring our members an exclusive tour led by Thomas Turkaly, executive director of the Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation. We will learn more about the history of the Gardens, how they operate, the dedicated ethnic groups who take care of them, and how you can get involved! We will also hear from representatives of select gardens about their community’s history in Cleveland and the story of their garden.
The tour will begin promptly at 10:00 AM in the Italian Garden. Please note that this is a walking tour and will last about 75 minutes. There is abundant street parking nearby along East Blvd. and adjacent side streets.
If there is inclement weather, our rain date is October 24.
We look forward to seeing you there! This members-only event is free, but advance registration is requested. Thank you for being a member!
