Young Professional Community and Culture Event

YPAC Holiday Event and Potluck

November 13, 2025

Event begins at 6:00 PM

Calling all members of the Carter E. Strang Young Professionals Advisory Committee! We will be holding a fun and festive event on Thursday, November 13 at the Julia de Burgos Cultural Arts Center. This center transforms lives by preserving, educating, and promoting Latino heritage through the teaching and practice of history, culture, the visual, performing, and literary arts. We will have a quick tour of their facilities, learn more about their work, and discuss how cultural centers play a critical role in our communities. Following the tour, get ready for some arts and crafts! We’ll be creating our own holiday decorations in the style of traditional Mexican holiday decorations. Most importantly, we would love for you to bring your favorite holiday treat! When you register below, please indicate what you intend to bring. It is not required to bring something, but potlucks are best when everybody contributes!

We have limited capacity for this event, so we kindly ask that only YPAC members and their guests attend.

Location: Julia de Burgos Cultural Arts Center, 2800 Archwood Ave, Cleveland, OH 44109
