Cleveland Council on World Affairs Presents:

Election 2016: A Foreign Policy Forum 

Steven Pifer, former Ambassador to Ukraine, now serves as  Director of the Brookings Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Initiative and is a Senior Fellow  at the Brookings Institute. Ambassador Pifer will use his in-depth knowledge of Russia, Ukraine, and U.S. foreign policy to examine what lies ahead in the U.S.’s relationship with Putin and the role of non-proliferation and arms control in this complicated relationship.

As the U.S. prepares to elect a new president in 2016, CCWA will host forums that will explore pressing global issues shaping our national dialogue and the bid for the White House.  Forum topics include, the Iran Nuclear Agreement, U.S.-Russia relations, the future of the U.S. military in international conflicts, cyber security, and more.
