2018 Spring Model United Nations Conference

CCWA’s Model UN program is a unique, interactive program that brings world affairs alive for students. On March 6-7, 2018, high school students come together to debate international issues at CCWA’s spring conference at Case Western Reserve University.

8:30-8:45 Opening Ceremony
8:45-11:00 Committee Session I
11:00-11:30 Lunch Break (students should bring lunches)
11:30-1:15 Committee Session II

Model UN conferences afford students the opportunity to engage in dynamic, global learning by researching the international topics of debate and their country assignments, familiarizing themselves with the history of the United Nations, and becoming fluent in parliamentary procedure and debate tactics.
