Global Impact Award 2016

The 2016 Global Impact Award honors former Secretary of State James A. Baker, III for his decades of work in international relations and his dedication to global dialogue. Secretary Baker will be our Brooks Emeny Distinguished Speaker and the recipient of the Global Impact Award.
This signature event will be held on October 25, 2016, at the InterContinental Cleveland.

James A. Baker, III served as the Secretary of State from January 1989 through August 1992 during President George H. W. Bush’s administration, a period when the U.S. confronted the unprecedented challenges and opportunities of the post–Cold War era. Mr. Baker served as Secretary of the Treasury from 1985 to 1988 under President Ronald Reagan. He served twice as White House Chief of Staff — from 1981 to 1985 under President Reagan and from 1992-1993 under President Bush.
Join us for our fourth annual Global Impact Award event that honors a career dedicated to global peace and policy.
