2018 Academic WorldQuest

Join us for our second annual Academic WorldQuest Competition!
Academic WorldQuest is a national competition in which teams of high school students test their knowledge about international affairs, U.S. foreign policy, and current events. Teams compete over 10 rounds of questioning for the grand prize of representing Northern Ohio in the National Competition held in Washington, D.C. in April.
Our local Northern Ohio competition will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 4:30-8:00 PM in Student Center Ballroom at Cleveland State University.
Who Can Play?
Teams consist of 4 high school students from the same school with an optional alternate. Schools may send more than one team. There is a registration fee of $40 per team.
The first place team advances to the National Academic WorldQuest competition to be held in Washington, DC on April 28, 2018. The competition is sponsored by the World Affairs Councils of America and participants will enjoy a weekend of national competition activities. The winning team will receive a stipend to defray the cost of hotel and travel expenses.
