Suppy Chain Risks - Stories from the Trenches

Many realized their assumptions, their communications and their contracts were disasters waiting to happen. This panel will debate some of the causes, cautions and cures to assure a stable and safe flow of supply from China.
Leaping the Great Wall: A Path to Profit in China
Global companies are rapidly recognizing the business opportunity in addressing China's immense environmental, social and resource challenges. For obvious reasons these companies are making social and environmental responsibility cornerstones of their China business strategies. While living in a fragile, seamless environment and operating in an interdependent global economy, no one can afford to have China fail. The added benefits are obvious as well. Increased market share, new product development, brand awareness and talent retention assure success in a critical market.
